Ultimate Dental strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed online or with our sales department by 2pm Central Time routinely ship the same day. Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 8 business days.
Our primary carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS).
We urge our customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing receipt.
Free Ground Shipping
Free Shipping is valid on prepaid orders for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other overseas U.S. territories. Second Day or Next Day services are available by request. You will be assessed additional shipping charges for these services. Read our FAQ for more information.
Where We Ship
Ultimate Dental does ship internationally, to just about any location that trades with the United States. Due to special package requirements we may not be able to ship certain products to certain areas. You will be notified if there is an issue with your order.
Shipping Procedures
- Shipping Confirmation - You can check the status of your order in Order Status.
- Shipping in Multiple Packages - If your order is large, it may ship in more than one box. Special order items will ship at a later date, typically the same day that the product arrives in our warehouse.

- Delivering Your Package - Ultimate Dental processes, ships and delivers packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer delivery on Saturday, Sunday or holidays unless requested. There will be additional charges for these services.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed. We do not ship to post office boxes.
Any package shipped to your home address will be left at the door with no signature required. We request that all orders be shipped to your office address to guard against theft or damages.
- Rerouting - Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.
- Items Shipped Directly from Vendor - Items identified as a Drop shipment will be sent from the product manufacturer. These items will be shipped on a separate order and will be delivered between 2 to 10 business days via standard shipping. Second Day or Next Day services are available by request but additional charges will be applied.
- No Shipping Days - Ultimate Dental follows the same holiday schedule as UPS. Our office is closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. UPS does not accept packages on New Years Eve; however, the Ultimate Dental office is open and will accept orders. Packages will ship the following week day.
